Flemming Frost is an international executive with more than four decades of leadership experience helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, leadership transitions, and performance improvement. Essentially, he designs the future and builds the organization capable of delivering it.
Throughout his career he has been trusted with some of the most complex business challenges facing multinational organizations: restoring profitability, accelerating growth, redesigning operating models, integrating organisations, building leadership teams, and translating strategic ambition into measurable results.
He has held CEO, COO, President, Vice President, and Director-level positions across Europe, North America, and Asia, leading businesses ranging from entrepreneurial growth platforms to multi-billion-dollar international operations. His experience spans publicly listed companies, government-influenced enterprises, high-growth technology businesses, and complex multinational organisations.
